99 sebring rain flooded floor radio doesn't work but LCD display works are speakers blown or is it just a fuse replaced fuse one time and it started working but not this time speakers?

Answer:
More than likely Chrysler made the poor decision of installing your amplifier under your seat. Bad idea in a convertible (I assume your car is a convertible, or a sunroof in a sebring coupe).... Replace the amp, you should be working again. you may have to remove your passener car seat to get to the amplifier but it should be easliy replaced with a replacement unit. Search online for a replacement.
