What are the pros and cons of being a massage therapist?

-
Answer:
Pros: Doing something you love; working one-on-one; learning new skills to keep motivated and educated in the field; possibility of good money; flexible scheduling. Cons: Can be very difficult on the body (burn out for most therapists is 2-5 years due to the physical strain, sometimes emotional strain as well); money is not consistent; the varied work -sometimes lots of massages, sometimes little or none- is stressful on the body, leading to physical problems; only being able to do a limited massages a day (depends on the individual, but around 4 a day seems to be an average).
