How do you keep browser from redirecting?

-
Answer:
In Firefox 3, to disable automatic redirection, the option that says "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page" must be enabled. To do this: From the Tools menu select Options... to open the Options dialog. In the Options dialog, go to the Advanced Settings tab by clicking on Advanced. Now, in the Advanced Settings tab, open the General sub-tab. In the General sub-tab's Accessibility section, put a check-mark in the check-box which says "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page". Henceforth, Firefox will await your approval before it actually does the redirection.
