How do you get your sims to have twins on sims 2 not with expansion packs like the sims 2 open for buisness have tried forcetwins in the Ctrl Shift C box not workin and tried he debug forcetwin?

Is it not with the expansion packs? coz if it is with open for buisness get your sims to eat lots of cheesecake but I have no clue because I asked the question in the first place that is my question but i dono so can u help me PWEESE !!!
