When did Germany occupy France and the channel islands in the world war 2?

From June 1940 to 1945. The french last city to be liberated was Dunkerque in May 1945. The German garnison in the Anglo-normand islands (Jersey, Aurigny and Guernesey) surrender occurred in february 1945. Those three islands were the only british lands Germany suceeded in invading. Hitler directly decide to deport islanders in Germany in response of the decision of UK to arrest Germans in Iran. (20 islanders for 1 German). A concentration camp was even built in Aurigny.
