How do you go into the avatar state in avatar into the inferno?

  The Avatar State is a defense mechanism , a lot of people have gone into it on accident , but to go into it and control it on purpose , you have to open all 7 chucras to go into it. First , you have to forgive yourself for anything your ashamed of , then you think of what your most afraid of , next , think of what or who you love most in life , and let it or her/him go , doing this will build your cosmic energy , if done correctly , your will glow and you will have complete awareness of what you do. very strong people don't need to do all 7 chucras.
