You need to win the Master rank contest. I used an Exploud that knew: Sunny day, Overheat, stomp and howl. You do not need to have stomp and howl. To win enter it in the Master rank Beauty contest. Keep using Sunny day then Overheat all the time then when you win the person who paints the winners of contests comes along and he has painted a better bicture than before. He askes you if you want to put it on the wall in the art gallery. Say yes and it is on the wall in the art gallery. Answer it doesnt neccesarily mean you need exploud.
