If you have a psp with software 5.50 and you need it to be 3.90m33 to make a Pandoras battery but you need a Pandoras battery to downgrade it and you cant hard-mod it so what can you do?

Firstly, a 'Pandora's Battery' is a modified battery and a specially prepared memory stick. Both of these can be created on most PSPs, but some recent motherboards are unable to do it - it will be part of Sony's anti-piracy countermeasures. If you are unable to hard-mod your battery, then the only option is to softmod it on another PSP, as well as using that one to create the 'magic memory stick' component too.
