How can i install apps in nokia 5233?

Not able to install navifirm in nokia 5233 i've downloaded the navifirm.exe (25kb) but unable to install in pc. Pls provide the link for working

    Once you plug in your 5130, you will be prompted to choose the mode. Select PC Suite mode to connect to PC Suite. If the pop-up does not appear in your phone, then go to the Menu -> Settings -> Connectivity -> Data Cable, wherein you will find an option to set the default mode for Data Cable. Set it to "Always ask" or to "PC Suite".
