Radishes are delicious! In Asian cooking, they're used to make lop bak goh (not sure about spelling) a savoury steamed, and often fried, 'radish cake' which can also be made with turnip. In Korea, one form of Kimchi is radish kimchi, where radish is seasoned with salt and chili and eaten as a starter/side dish at almost every meal.
