Whenever I pay my bill at Progressive/ Drive Insurance, I start to hear this sound like somebody is knocking on my monitor. After a bit, a lady appears on screen knocking on the monitor (from the inside) with her knuckles. It's way too cute to be very annoying, but it's just a bit annoying. If your knock quick and lightly on your monitor with your fingers, that is the exact sound you hear when you visit their website. You wonder where it is coming from until you see the image of the lady appear. I just stopped by their website, and it wasn't happening so maybe they phased it out. themostannoyingwebsite.com is very annoying. but you might not wanna go on it because you might think its gonna break your computer. (but is not, dont worry)
