    There were a few other video sharing websites before Youtube. However all previous examples were for specific demographics or genres. An example would be ebaumsworld which was popular in the MEME, Humor, Shock videos. Collegehumor also provided video sharing however again this was based at the college demographic. Youtube was the first to have no bias or set demographic.
