Is the Ultimate Solution to Global Warming Population Control?

Does massive human population growth from China and India affect global warming and will international governmental population control and education help keep global warming under control now?

  The massive human population from China and India will affect global warming. Millions of people demanding more electricity, this would affect global warming because people that work at power stations have to burn more fossil fuels to keep the electricity levels up. Electric power consumption represents almost half of the trouble we are claiming to have with our CO2 output. China is adding three new coal fired (zero pollution control) plants each week. China has this year 2011 become the world's largest emitter of greenhouse gases. We should care about CO2 output. We should absolutely care about the sulfur dioxides and other terrible pollution that China and other countries emit. There are no plans in place to limit China's exploding use of energy from an international level. China has had incredible increases in it's output of CO2 and is currently producing the most of any country. China has made promises and claims that it is planning on dealing with this issue.
