Answer:
Firstly you have to already have a PayPal account. You have to link your PayPal account to your Ebay account. It should tell you how to do this on Ebay under My Account. Then when you click to buy an item, it will take you automatically through to pay via yoor PayPal account. When you want to sell an item and get paid via PayPal, on the create your listin page about half way down it says "decide how you would like to be paid". Tick the PayPal box and add the email address that is registered to your PayPal account.
