An oral surgical dentist recommended to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth when only 2 are in definite need of removal. Is it right to remove all 4 immediately?

Answer:
There is no way to be sure without consulting a dentist. If the other two are likely going to need to be removed anyways, then you might want to. If you don't, the worst that would likely happen is you'd have to come back and pay again to get the other two out.
