  I was banned because I did not follow the guidelines (even though i contacted customer care like 3 times and I was never unbanned. the guidelines , if you don't follow them then you will most likely get banned. another way of getting banned is sometimes random people report you and your account gets suspended for no reason. and now I'll tell a story of how i got banned. I asked the question "how do you get past a microsft PC username password" and i didn't get answers, i can't see how this is against the rules but i was banned. you see, i forgot the password and couldn't get on the internet or anything so..well anyway..that's it.
