What are the best tricks to speak English fluently?

• I have finished my post-graduation a year back and presently working as a developer in a software company. My problem is, I am not that fluent in English and while talking I face a several grammatical errors. Whenever I try to speak I am confused as to what words to use and later on, end up with hesitation. Could anyone recommend me some English beginners books so that it could be simple and good to understand and some tutorials?

  The best way to learn English is by speaking it with native speakers, ideally in the country of that language. This, of course, is not always possible. Yet there are plenty of other ways to improve your skills. Learning vocabulary and the usage of tenses you can do alone, by listening to podcasts, from the BBC for example, and by reading as much as you can.
