How do you know when there are tv auditions?

Auditions for TV and movie rolesI want to get started acting but I have no experience. I just don't know where to start or how to start. What should I do and what should I expect at auditions?

  I suggest auditioning at school plays or shows at community theatres to start so you can get experience. At auditions for plays you have to say a monologue (the audition information should say how long it should be). when you enter to audition there is usually a tape mark on the ground for you to stand on. There say "Hi my name is say your name and i will be saying a monologue from say where your monologue is from." then if you want to move onto camera you can simply look up information for shows that you want to audition for or you could get an agent. You should to get yourself into a couple of auditions, just for the experience. Even if you don't get a role, they're still very worthwhile, since they'll give you a good idea of what to expect, and if you can watch the other applicants, you'll get a better understanding of what the judges are looking for.
