  You Troop and/or the camp should be able to give you a more complete list. Some of it will depend on where and when you will be camping, what facilities are at the camp and what activities you will be doing. Personal effects like toothpaste, a tooth brush, a comb or brush, soap and shampoo are always needed. A roll of toilette paper, even if they say there are facilities to use, is always worth the weight and space no matter what (A good tip is to take a half used roll off the spool at home and use it for back packing and space is more needed). You should have enough changes of clothing. Rain gear. Flashlight and extra batteries Bug spray. Generally food is provided but you may need a cup or plate and utensils - check with the camp or troop. Sleeping bag and pillow. A first aid kit should be available complete with treatment for sunburn, Tylenol and or Motrin, allergy meds. Any prescription meds you take. Tents are usually provided but you should make sure. Bathing suit if there will be water activities. The merit badge books for the badges you will be working on would be good. Cards/ books to read/ games to play in the down time.
