What does it mean if a snowboard has low spin weight?

Answer:
If a board has low spin weight, it means its lightweight, especially at the ends, making it easier to perform spins: 180's, 360's, 720's, etc. The less the board weighs, the easier it is to spin. However, in order not to compromise performance of the board between the feet (stability, width, stiffness, pop) manufacturers often remove weight from the tip and tail to reduce spin weight, thus resulting in blunted tips and tails (not rounded, but flat at the tip and tail)
