Where can I download a very simple sound recorder?

Where can you download windows sound recorder for Windows Vista?

  http://applian.com/sound-recorder/ is the best thing i found. It's a toolbar on the browser that you can press record and so far it works with movie sounds but not music on windows media player. It also has radio stations on it too which is nifty. I got songs to record when i played them off Goldwave though so maybe it'll work for other programs too. It does add some cracking sounds in unless you turn up the bitrate in settings but its best thing I've found for vista. Hope that helped.
