How to be a medical researcher?

How can I find a job in image processing or machine learning in Europe for researcher (master's + 3 years experience)?

  • It's about 10 months I am looking for a job. I did everything, networking on LinkedIn, share related articles on LinkedIn and being active in the groups. I even learned new things related to my field. But nothing!! I got tired of applying for jobs and getting no answer. I really don't know what else should I do? (I customize my CV and cover for each application) All my friends told me, I can't find a job unless someone recommend me for that job. Is that true? I am wondering if you could tell me what can else I should do? how can I ask someone to recommend me for a job?     Publications in top conferences is the easiest way to show you research capabilities. If your knowledge and research field matches a group you might get a chance. Btw for research positions in good industry labs, recommendation sure helps.
