Can we add Facebook comment plugin in ionic app?

Is there a way to add comment-like and @ references locally to a Wordpress blog?

• ...without necessarily installing a full-featured comments plugin like Disqus or requiring Facebook login? Just a way to refer to other commenters on a specific post in linked ways, and alerting them using the comments email if they've signed up via the checkbox (i.e. don't need their identity, just a way to alert them). Is there a plugin for that?

  I don't know of a solutions which does both, but you could use two plugins to accomplish @replying and notifications. @ Reply This plugin generates a link to the comment one is replying to. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/reply-to/ Notifications This plugin sends an email if a comment receives a reply. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/reply-comment-to-email/ I haven't tested these both, but just give them a try to see how they are working. There are several other plugins which could work.
