How can internet advertising be made better?

Is traditional advertising average cost lower or higher than digital/internet advertising cost?

  • I want to know in US/EU market, the traditional advertising cost is higher or lower than the online advertising? i mean on average.

    Media companies and news organizations can charge far more for traditional advertising than almost all online advertising.  That's among the reasons why even sites with lots of traffic still can't generate sufficient revenue.

In terms of absolute cost, generally traditional media is more expensive. However, well thought traditional campaigns can give you a better return then online campaigns, at times. Second, there is also a question of reach. For example, In a country like India, we have less than 15% of the population active, online. You just cant reach the other big pie, without using traditional. Further, online campaigns can give you better ROI (leads, sales) specially if the conversion is online, while traditional media is more focused towards developing a brand.
