Can you change major for your second bachelor degree?

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in India and I am planning to change my name. Will I face any problems in the future?

Currently i am in my pre-final year and i would like to change my name. But the thing i am skeptical about is that will it create any problems with me in the future while pursing other degrees in abroad. Also will i be also requiring to change my name in my older certificates where it has my current name. Please do give me some suggestions!!!

It might not be a problem, just have your changed name certificate signed from the concerned office & attach it with all your other documents.
