What are some new universities which will be world-class?

• By new, I meant less than 10 years old. By world class, I meant it has world-class faculty members and/or collaborates with world-class universities.

Professors are recruited from current top universities from all around the world. The first five years the professors have essentially unlimited funding Currently a faculty to student ratio of 2:1 A huge emphasis on interdisciplinary, "the great thing about OIST is that there are no artificial departmental boundaries to stand in the way of truly interdisciplinary research" -taken from their brouchere Even though OIST is located in Okinawa Japan, they have a quota of having 50% of the students be from abroad Much more to it, I suggest giving it an honest look. They invite all of their student finalists to Okinawa for several days, just to get a better look at the applicants  (you don't have to commit prior to visiting for free).
