What is the function of DEA, Health Manager and Cloud Controller within the Cloudfoundry VMware Cloud Application Platform VCAP?

  • What are droplets, what does the DEA do, how are droplets/services persisted, what does the Health Manager do, why does it scan consistency in the cloud controller DB and how, what does the Cloud Controller do, what is the Router good for? How do all these components and services interact with each other?
