How many people fly each year from USA to Canada and from Canada to USA?

  For the most recent period where data is available from the US commerce department, (the 11 months ending in November 2010) there were 6.3 million air trips from Canada and 1.5 Million from Mexico. Annualized that's roughly 8.5 Million visits (for the same period there would have been approximately 22 Million land visits, the inspection fee would not apply to land crossings) assume another 1.5 Million from the Caribbean based on commerce department estimates. So it totals to approximately  10 Million visits for $55 Million.
