What is an injected defect in Software Engineering?

I will be pursuing master's in software engineering. Which specialization should I choose, enterprise software technologies, cloud computing and virtualization, software systems engineering, or networking software?

I am not sure what comes under Software Systems Engineering. I am confused between Enterprise and Cloud. Client/Server architecture seems to be now phasing out. So Cloud would be more logical choice. I have no experience in Software Development in terms of working in company. So for any choice I would need to start from scratch.

Go for Cloud computing and Virtualization . It will keep your career avenues wide open. There are many options: development, deployment, administration etc.
