Are there any online communities or forums where I can submit my object oriented design for review?

    Well you can upload your project files to an online svn, for example github, or one you know, many give free storage for public projects. once your code is online you can ask pepole you know to look at it or use facebook groups which are about the same programing lang as ur project, and ask for advice. With github pepole can edit and comment on your project and you can track changes done on it. Also, you can look at other public projects and learn for urself. Good luck.

Thanks for asking to answer. has mentioned one option. I personally am a fan of fiddles. So, if it is something that can be put into a fiddle like https://fiddles.io/, that can also be an option. With that, one doesn't have to clone the repository, send pull requests, etc, since all that can be done on the cloud with a fiddle. Then share that link to a question on Stackoverflow or Quora and take feedback. One piece of free advice : Only keep parts that are relevant to what you seek feedback on, and not the entire classes or project; this will make it easier for people to read and give feedback on.

There is no such online place, since the review can be done by someone who has the details of your project, a domain expert who has also deep OOAD practices. Otherwise you have a risk of misleaded. Also read my answer to  there I've explained more. Best wishes
