What roles/jobs/careers make good use of deep technical experience and knowledge but don't require much use of a computer?

I'm a world class software engineer but my vision is deteriorating, likely from extended coding sessions. What career choices would leverage my experience and entrepreneurial leaning while reducing computer use?

CTO or some other form of technical management. I do not know how your EQ measures up, or how you feel about a manager/leadership role, but that is probably the most straight forward transition.
