How can I use an automatic proxy on some websites?

I cannot access some american websites because of my IP. How can I use a proxy such that whenever I open those websites I am not denied access. Note that I would like to have a proxy on those websites only and not my general traffic. What I currently do whenever I come across such a link is I copy it and use http://hidemyass.com or http://zend2.com . This takes too much time and effort so I would like some facility which on encountering some websites (pre specified) automatically proxies my IP.
