Answer:
Hi , I will try to answer your queries one by one .. 1. work 2 years then mba in regular mode(see I mean from average b school : My answer would be no , because if you are waiting for 2 good years of job experience then why not opt for the top institutes, MBA from an average college won't help you much in the career. If you save some money and prepare enough you can even plan for the top institutes of the world. 2. To start my mba in distance from now on: If you foresee that you would not be able to plan for top institutes after 2 yrs of experience, than this is a good option, to choose a distance institute you can refer to my blog http://rachanabharati.blogspot.in/2015/05/comparison-of-distance-learning-mba-in.html 3. work 2 years then Mba in distance: Distance MBA will carry the same weight , doing it now or 2 years later depends upon your time commitments. However If you do it now then you will have more options to explore in your career 2 years later. All the best!

If you are planning to do MBA after two years of experience , you must try for a reputed institute, as in MBA the institute weighs a lot. In case you are not targeting any top colleges then you should start with a distance learning MBA without wasting much time , The MBA degree will give you the necessary boost in your career. Before choosing any distance learning course , carefully check the Degree/diploma offered , whether the university has proper recognitions in place and lastly compare the fees. Hope this helps!
