How should I apply for jobs at Google, Amazon, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Apple, and Microsoft?

I did my Bachelors in Engineering at Pune university. I have published a paper with IEEE. I have created and run two websites and 3 Apps. I won the US hackthon competition. I have 2 year 4 months of experience in java working for a "Services" company. I have been appreciate at my work my skills. I do not have a big college name tag like IIT or NIT. I am a normal person with good coding skills. I am not interest higher studies MS/MTech degree. I am interested in research based activities. I am targeting to Top Tier firms like Google and Yahoo. What should I do so that these company will consider me for interviews?

Try to getting a referral from an employee. Thats the quickest way to get the call for an interview. Clearing the interview is another ballgame.
