As of spring 2014 they are not currently very fashionable. Of course there is always either someone who can pull anything off or gets lucky. But just wear it if you like it. Not everyone cares as much about what is in or out of fashion so much as they care how you carry yourself.

In an 80s party.. very appropriate.. In a 90s grunge party.. sure.. make sure its ripped. If you are a biker (motorcycle) in a humid city.. sure.. If you're doing yardwork or paining your house.. go for it.. Otherwise, nope.. Not cool. You can still wear it though.. I wish someone would bring this look back.. I love Denim jackets!
