I've had a FB game request from a friend, but I don't want to give WWF access to my FB wall. How can I start a game on my iPhone with my friend who only plays WWF on FB?

Yes you can. I'm currently in a game with a friend that plays only on FB. They should have some sort of username (They can find out their username by looking at their name in other games, or remember it from when they signed up), which you can look up in Create Game -> User Name. If that doesn't work, then have them look up your username.
