What are generic business processes?

What are some resources for receiving feedback on business processes that we are implementing for operations?

• As we are scaling we are formalizing the "processes" for how our business operates for events like Credit Approvals.  Our system is based on what WE think is the best - but also, you don't know what you don't know. I would like to be able to post the entire process to have the Quora community review it and say "Have you thought about this?" or "what happens when X happens".  We all have incredible experiences that I want to start to harness that and imbue that in the decisions that I make for my teams. What Resources - Sites, Apps, Services, etc - can I post the process for experienced insight & process review? NOT Gerson Lehman...

  Since I do some process change with the focus to eliminate financial leakage, I would be willing to examine your rough draft from that angle. Where can you expect leaks? What transactions are affected and are they reconciled adequately?   Having been part of a half dozen acquisitions, I can also offer some experience with adaption. How will the solution scale as the company grows? Where are the weaknesses? Who has the decision making authority and is it the person/team that should have that authority?   My team is usually called in when an old process has proven inadequate. I'll follow and see what you decide to supply. maybe not all the details at once, but one representative element?
