What are the easiest-to-use digital video cameras for creating high-quality online video?

• I want to get around 5 easy-to-use digital video cameras for citizen use. Ideally, I don't want to spend more than £150 per camera, as we're going to be producing mainly talking head shots, along with General Views.

  If you're looking for dead-simple cameras for untrained shooters, take a look at the Flip Ultra. It's small, rechargeable, and doesn't get any easier to use. (It has one big red record/stop button on the back, and a zoom toggle) I've used Flip cams to shoot POV footage for flash mob videos in the past. Sony also makes a dead-simple point and shoot called the bloggie which looks similar, but I have no experience with them. Kodak makes one like this as well called the Playtouch. All of these are around $200USD (£130). Whatever you choose, I would also suggest you get an inexpensive tripod to send out with the cameras for the sanity of your editor later. Since each of these cameras are small and quite lightweight, the cheapest tripods available should suffice.
