How does the Nestle Facebook page change content language depending on the geolocation of the page visitor?

We have seen examples of facebook pages like Vice and Nestle,which post different content for every country but they maintain only one facebook page https://www.facebook.com/VICE how can I do this?https://www.facebook.com/Nestle.GR for example me in Greece will see the posts in Greek while somebody in the US will see it in English. How is this done?

three ways to do this in general: (1) geoIP -- look at the IP address and go figure what country it comes from. Set locale based on that. (2) get language setting from facebook (3) get language settings from browser I'll bet Nestle uses #2
