It's my third year in an EE B.Tech program, but I want to have a good, beneficial internship in MNCs, TCS, or companies that offer goof packages for these internships. What procedure should I follow?

Hi I know its an important phase of your career and you are looking for an opportunity to work for a reputed company, also called big fishes of market. I am also a 2014 Electrical graduate and did my internship from Schneider Electric. For the time being, I would suggest you to not look for good package, the time will come for that rather look to furnish your skills, try to implement as much as your theoretical knowledge into practical. Focus more on developing you skills, your value in the market. What i personally feel the reason of failure of many people is that the whole life they run for money. I feel we should run behind our area of interest. If you have interest in your work, you would love to explore and thereby enhancing your skills. And as the skills improve, these big MNC's have loads of money to just throw away to valuable, skilled personal in the field. For now i would suggest you to learn, being said that Learn now and remove L later! Thanks
