Is there a way to figure out how many restaurants in the San Francisco Bay area have wine lists of 30 or more wines?

Bay area = Monterey to Napa. I have no problem finding out how many restaurants there are...I am looking for a very specific fact of how many restaurants have wine lists with 30 or more wines on the list.

I'm not sure that type of data has been collected. Short of a detailed and time intensive online search where you could attempt count, you could use the Wine Spectator award list as a lower bound. It's probably safe to assume that awarded restaurants have at least 30 wines. From there you could make some assumptions to get at a reasonable estimate.
