Can my personal website have terms and conditions?

Website not honouring gift card after changing terms and conditions. What should I do?

Website had a referral promotion where a unique code is issued to individuals. If friends and family use the unique code a referral credit is generated. Website Terms and Conditions were altered after the unique code was issued, new Terms and Conditions state that the unique code cannot be posted on forums but it was already too late. Now the website will not honour the credits.
Answer:

1. Never use the site again. 2. File a complaint with the BBB. 3. Let all your friends know not to go to the site using social media. 4. Find blogging sites relevant to the websites product and blast them on as many as you can find.
