What are the bookmarking tools that enables you to perform a search using more than one tag at once (except for Delicious, Pinboard.in and Evernote?

Diigo (which I personally prefer to Delicious) but then any Delicious bookmark goes automatically to Diigo and all the Diigo bookmarks are sent Evernote! I'm so backed up!

I just use google with quotes which usually works. If combining tags, then boolean is a no-brainer - perhaps some visual tools like AND (overlap area), REMOVE etc. there are times I wish I could search for some phrase but remove a dataset, but it's rare.

After all the services I used kept shutting down, I migrated my bookmarks to a tumblr site. Each link is a post with tags.

http://cintanotes.com will allow you not only to use multiple tags at once, but to organize them hierarchically, and combine them using the AND, OR or NOT operators. Tag union, intersection and negation operations are possible with Ctrl, Alt and Shift clicks on the tag labels.

I've tried several things and keep going back to my OneDrive (formerly SkyDrive). It has the file format of my PC, with Documents, Pictures, and Favorites and can be accessed from my cell phone, iPad, or Windows laptop.

You can use http://xmarks.com (XMarks) . On the page http://my.xmarks.com you can space-separate multiple tags to filter only those bookmarks which have all of them.

With http://start.me you can add unlimited amount of tags and search with multiple tags as well.
