How do I play audio in both speakers and headphones at the same time in a Windows 8 HP laptop?

I did go through some videos and stuffs, but it didn't help. like the one and http://www.sevenforums.com/sound-audio/226248-how-enable-my-laptop-speakers-headphones-same-time.html Can anyone give me some suggestions, I have Beats speakers in my laptop inbuilt. Thanks in advance.

*I would not really call this the best way to go about this. I have not seen the video you have mentioned. This is a trick I came across while goofing around.* This is how headphones are connected normally: THIS is what makes both speakers and headphones work at the same time: Try to ensure that only the first ring on your headphones jack are inside the port. Put in your headphones slowly until the you hear the first *click*. That should be the position. This works on my Samsung Windows8 laptop.
