What's a definitive, trustworthy, no-nonsense guide to learning the ins and outs of search engine optimization for free on the Internet?

  • I'm looking for the article that does the same wonders for me as Liam Rosen's http://liamrosen.com/fitness.html has in the health and fitness department. I do not believe that such a thing does not exist on the internet. It's got to be somewhere out there. For starters, I perceive http://www.youtube.com/user/shopify/search?query=seo's introduction videos to SEO to be extremely informational, delivered in a straight-up, no-BS manner. Every other site just tries to sell you some stupid e-book you don't need.
