I have got offer lettr from cts and waitning for the call lettr and im a bsc(c.s) graduate. Shall i do my corressopondence in MCA? Will it be of any value if i do so?

Yes it is. There is no harm in doing it. I've seen the offers coming for MCA where it is considered equal to BE. So after doing MCA you have all chances of getting those types of jobs. Since you have a job now I recommend to go for it. All the best.

It will be of value, as MCA is considered equivalent to BE. I did my masters while working. As I had already done BE, it wasn't much use in terms of promotions or salary. But I gained a lot on knowledge, which I use at work.
