I'm looking for a service to help me cut the cord of my cable company in Westchester County, NY. I need TV, voice and Internet. I can't run any new cables or have a Dish. What should I do?

DSL for Internet Phone, VoIP, or Cell for voice Can't run new cables (Don't have existing tv Cables?) if that's the case then tv service over Internet with over the air antenna service for local channels. Getting some channels over the internet is hard, If someone has a solution for USA I really want that channel.
