I am with Rachel. If the question is how to get an RSS feed of updates to a Facebook fan page, the feed is in the HTML and it is formatted like this, where the last argument as the FB page ID (eg 255232486973 for Quora): https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?format=atom10&id=255232486973 Easiest is just to subscribe to the Fan Page in Google Reader

I'm with are you asking about receiving a feed from facebook rather than bringing one into facebook?  Yesterday they announced that you can receive email notifications on posts to your wall.  Also, the facebook widget is basically a feed from your page so it depends where you want to put this feed too.

Networked Blogs http://www.networkedblogs.com/ is in my opinion the best solution to integrate blog posts on a Facebook Page. Twitterfeed has several problems being one of them a lack of real infrastructure that can support their growth turning the service unreliable to say the least.

Either I'm misunderstanding the question, or everyone else who commented above me is!  I'll give it a shot, and see!  I think you basically want to be notified via RSS whenever there is an update posted on a fan page.  I don't think there is, I looked into it a while back. BUT, http://fanpagenotifier.com/ will send you an email when there are updates posted on a page.  Hope that helps!

I'm a big fan of RSS Graffiti http://www.rssgraffiti.com/ It can post to multiple pages/accounts from various sources (RSS). Very good app.

It is possible through the Notes settings from Facebook itself. There's a Import a blog link which allows you to integrate your blog posts on a Facebook page. For more details: check this link - http://www.insidefacebook.com/2009/02/22/how-to-import-your-blog-into-facebook/

Hi, I am Hélio. I was searching for the same thing. Today I found the Inoreader. It's a interesting feed reader, that you can bundle a lot of topics but with low limits for free account. Just one example: you can just subscribe to 1 Facebook page for free. http://www.inoreader.com

You can also stream your feeds from Facebook posts direct to Twitter and then just take the rss feed from there.
