Which are the top venture capital firms in Vancouver?

Answer:

Yaletown Venture Partners, VanEdge Capital and Chrysalix Ventures. My criteria is those VC firms based in Vancouver with sufficient capital to make new investments in Series A. Each of these has at least $100m under management. Each of them have freshly raised funds in the past year. I don't know what you mean by "top". Performance? Amount of capital? Buzz? I took it to mean available capital to invest today.
