Does founder dating site work in the long term? Are there any concrete examples from a company that has gone past seed, series A, and series B?

All the incubators I know (YC, tech stars) etc insist that you have a co-founder with whom you have experience working together with or organically know each other. At some level this makes sense given the roller coaster ride of startups. However it might not be possible for everyone to have an organic co-founder (On a parallel thought, people find good spouses artificially) 1] Ironically many of the incubators have funded and accepted co-founder dating sites ? This sounds counter intuitive 2] Does anyone know of startups that went sufficient distance (seed, seriesA, B etc) where co-founders met artificially (meetups, founder dating etc)

Yes they work. Going beyond seed stage etc depends on various factors like idea / execution / your relations with each other / work progress etc etc etc. Founder dating sites has nothing to do with this.
